DEVMRK collects the information you choose to send us through the contact and application forms on this site, and the technical data needed to deliver the site and protect those forms from abuse.

We use it to reply to you, evaluate applications, and run and secure the site. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and this site runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

This policy covers devmrk.com. Pages on this site may link to other companies’ websites, which have their own policies.

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), topic, and message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, the role you apply for or a general application, location (optional), one link such as LinkedIn or a portfolio (optional), a resume or CV if you attach one, and what you write about your work.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, and request logs created when you load pages or submit a form.
• Preferences stored on your device: if you choose light or dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and it uses no tag manager, pixel, or session-recording tool.

• Security: the bot protection on our forms may set a short-lived token or cookie in your browser to tell a person from an automated script. It is used only to protect the forms.
• Your theme choice: light or dark mode is stored in your browser’s local storage and stays on your device.

Your browser settings control cookies and local storage. Clearing them resets your theme choice.

• To read and respond to your inquiry and to set up a conversation.
• To review applications, contact candidates, and make hiring decisions.
• To keep the forms working and protected, including bot detection, spam filtering, and rate limiting by IP address.

DEVMRK operates this site and decides how the information described here is handled. We share it only with providers that help us run the site and forms, and only for those purposes:

• Vercel hosts the website, processes requests and logs, and provides bot protection for the forms.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
• These providers operate in the United States, so information you send is processed there.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Resume and CV files are emailed to us as attachments and stored in our email account. They are not saved to a database or to any other storage on this site. We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. We keep applications for as long as we need them to consider you for the role you applied for and for similar future roles. Hosting and security logs are kept for the periods our providers set. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw an application at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, including the right to object to or restrict certain uses. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.

To make a request, send a message through the contact form with the topic “Something Else” and the word “Privacy” in your message. We will confirm the request by replying to the email address you used, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

The site is served only over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and escaped before they are emailed, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
